ATHLETIC TRAINING
Real, evidence-based athletic training makes you better at your sport…period! It improves your ability to react and respond, while increasing strength for power and explosiveness, and flexibility for better range of motion and to reduce injuries.
My athletic training programs are applicable to any sports requiring foot speed, reaction time, body control, jumping ability and more. My programs, which are customized to specific sports, turn weaknesses into strengths while enhancing existing skills and abilities.
On-going athletic training is held Wed 6:30 pm and Sat 10:00 am. Class sizes for these times are limited to ensure focused training.
$200 per month - 8 classes
$100 per month - 4 classes
